Hi, how do you get a black bear.

I started a new chacter and i'm lvl 4 and i want to get a Black Bear and it keeps using that charm break spell.

Is there a way of getting one before the searing?

Help Please.

Last I heard this was "patched" and you can no longer charm a bear in pre-searing.
